Apparently this is a song called Prisencolinensinainciusol, written by Adriano Celentano in 1972. I am not sure about the details, but am very certain it is awesome.

It's meant to be a breakdown of which English syllables and sounds are identified by foreign ears. Probably. So the "words" are all gibberish, but somehow compelling anyway.
